    1937 Opening of the Galzigbahn
    Opening of the buffet restaurant in Galzigbahn top station with 35 seats
    1952 Opening of the St. Christophbahn

    Opening of the Vallugabahn - at that time Austrias highest cableway (top station 2.811m)
    Opening of the Kapallbahn as the first double chair lift in Austria with fixed chairs

    1975 Opening of the Rendlbahn and three drag lifts on Rendl
    1977 Opening of the Gampen Restaurant as the first self-service mountain restaurant in Austria
    1981 First winter season in tariff cooperation with Lech
    2000 Opening of the 8 man cable car Nassereinbahn
    2001 FIS alpine ski World Championships

    Opening of the Funitel Galzigbahn with Ferris wheel as a world innovation

    Opening of the Verwallstube, Kandahar Restaurant, Bella Vita and

    Patteriol Bar


    Opening of the 8 man cable car Rendlbahn with seat heater

    Opening of the Rendl Restaurant and Rendl Beach Bar


    Opening of the 6 man chair lift Tanzbödenbahn with an automatic childproof

    Construction of the Funslope on Galzig


    + improvement of the snow making system on the Galzig

    Building of the new restaurant on the Gampen 


    next milestone reached, Ski Arlberg is now the largest contiguous skiing area

    in Austria due to the new Flexenbahn cableway between Stuben/Rauz and Zürs


    A new dimension of skiing fun has been reached with the newly built Flexenbahn

    gondola lift between Zürs and Stuben/Rauz. As the largest interconnected

    skiing area in Austria and one of the five largest worldwide Ski Arlberg

    stands for a new dimension of ski pleasure.
